The most characteristic product of Apulia  is “Burrata”, very particular and  known for its fine taste. Made with cow milk, it is the result of a traditional handwork,  passed from generation to generation. Outside Burrata is similar to mozzarella ( white colour and almost rounded shape)  but inside it’s full of “ stracciatella”, a particular white ,soft milk crème.

Apulia ( in Italian Puglia)  is a region in south-eastern Italy bordering the Adriatic sea. It is the least mountainous region in Italy. Apulia is a very dry region. But it  is one of the largest and agriculturally most productive plains in Italy. Infact the economy of Apulia is characterised by a greater emphasis on agriculture and services and a smaller part played by industry.
